Submit a completed trade application form with appropriate documentation upon request.

Trade customer orders must meet a minimum turf quantity of 40m² per order.
Orders below this threshold will be charged at the standard retail rate unless otherwise approved in writing.

Customers must place regular, ongoing orders to maintain trade pricing eligibility.
Failure to maintain regular orders may result in the account being reverted to retail status.

Approved trade customers receive exclusive pricing and potential volume-based discounts.
Instant Turf reserves the right to revise pricing and discount structures at any time with notice.

Orders should be placed at least 48 hours in advance to ensure preferred delivery or pickup times.
Urgent orders may be accommodated based on availability but cannot be guaranteed.

Payment is required in full prior to dispatch or pickup unless an approved trade account with terms has been established.
Late payments on account terms may incur interest and/or suspension of trade privileges.

Order changes or cancellations must be submitted no later than 24 hours before scheduled delivery or pickup.
A cancellation fee may apply for late changes, depending on product harvesting or transport status.

Trade customers are responsible for ensuring accurate delivery details and access instructions.
Instant Turf is not liable for delivery delays due to site inaccessibility or incorrect information.

Turf is a perishable product and non-returnable once harvested and dispatched.
Quality concerns must be raised within 24 hours of delivery for review and resolution.
