Refund Policy

We take pride in supplying premium turf. This policy explains when refunds or replacements may be offered and how to make a claim if there’s an issue with your order.

At Just Turf It (a division of Instant Green Limited), we take pride in supplying premium turf in top condition. Because turf is a perishable product, special conditions apply to refunds.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

1.1 Refunds or replacements are only considered where:

  • The turf supplied is not of acceptable quality at the time of delivery, and

  • The issue is reported to us within 12 hours of delivery, with supporting photographs.

2. Non-Refundable Situations

We cannot offer refunds or replacements where issues arise due to:

  • Turf not being laid immediately upon delivery

  • Improper site preparation, watering, or maintenance

  • Delays in installation after delivery

  • Natural variations in turf colour, density, or texture

3. Process for Refund or Replacement

3.1 Contact us within 12 hours of delivery to raise your concern.
3.2 Provide your order details, delivery date, and clear photographs of the turf in question.
3.3 Once reviewed, we will confirm whether a refund, partial refund, or replacement will be provided.

4. Cancellations

4.1 Orders cancelled more than 48 hours before the scheduled delivery will be refunded in full.
4.2 Orders cancelled after turf has been cut for delivery may be charged in full.

5. How Refunds Are Made

Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
