We deliver fresh turf across the North Island. Here you’ll find details on delivery areas, timeframes, and how we ensure your turf arrives in top condition.
At Just Turf It (a division of Instant Green Limited), we work hard to ensure your turf arrives fresh, on time, and ready to roll out.

1. Delivery Areas
We currently deliver across the North Island, New Zealand.
Delivery to rural or remote areas may be available by arrangement and could incur additional charges.

2. Delivery Schedule

Orders are generally cut and delivered within 2–5 business days of payment confirmation.

To guarantee freshness, turf is harvested to order.

Orders placed after 12pm Friday will be processed on the following Monday.

No deliveries are made on Sundays or public holidays.

3. Delivery Costs
Delivery charges vary depending on location, order size, and vehicle access.
Your delivery cost will be confirmed at the time of quoting or order confirmation.

4. Delivery Conditions

Turf is a perishable product and must be laid immediately upon arrival.

Please ensure there is safe and clear access for delivery vehicles.

If you cannot be on-site at delivery, please provide clear instructions for where the turf should be placed. Turf left unattended is at the customer’s risk.

5. Handling & Storage Advice

Turf should be installed the same day it is delivered.

Keep turf in a shaded area and water lightly if immediate installation is not possible.

Delay in laying may cause turf to deteriorate and will void any quality claims.

6. Weather & Delays
In cases of extreme weather or unforeseen circumstances, deliveries may be delayed. We will contact you to reschedule as soon as possible.
